- 1 ½ cup original coconut milk
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled
- 1 ¼ cups raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- ¼ cup raw coconut nectar or maple syrup
- 1 ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- In a blender or food processor, combine milk, strawberries, and raspberries. Next, add lemon juice, maple syrup, and vanilla, blend until well combined. Last, add Chia seeds until mixed in. Pour into prepared popsicle molds. Freeze until solid, about 2-4 hours.
