Tortellini Primavera

Ingredients
- 19 oz Tortellini Frozen
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 1/2 Cups Parmesan Freshly Grated
- 1/2 Cup Broccoli Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Carrots Sliced 1/4
- 1/2 Cup Cauliflower Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Spinach Raw
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package.
- While the tortellini is cooking... Over medium low heat, saute or steam all the vegetables in a skillet for about 10 minutes or until you can cut through them with the side of a fork.
- While the vegetables are steaming... Over medium heat in a small sauce pan melt the butter and add the heavy whipping cream. Whisk frequently, when it starts to boil turn the burner to low and continue to whisk for 6 minutes then remove from heat and immediately add parmesan cheese. Whisk the parmesan until totally melted.
- When the tortellini is done drain them well and then move them to a serving bowl. Add the vegetables to the bowl and pour the Alfredo Sauce over the top and gently toss the tortellini with a wooden spoon. Manja!
