Ok, so Day 2 of Up A Creek Without A Kitchen.
Tonight we did kabobs on a griddle. They turned out great! So, it’s not like you really need a recipe for a kabob. You just cube up all your favorite veggies and meats and put them a skewer. So since kabobs are so basic, I am going to give you my marinade recipe! It’s is so simple and it will change up the usual marinade of choice, BBQ sauce.
This recipe can marinate about 2lbs worth of meat.
[ingredients title=”Ingredients”]
- 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Tbs Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbs Minced Ginger
[/ingredients]
Mix all the above ingredients together. Place your meat of choice in a large zip lock or glass dish that has a lid, and then pour the marinade over the top and let it sit 12+ hours. Well, get to griddlin’!
