Preheat the oven 425 degrees F. In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the honey, sriracha, and garlic, cooking for 30 seconds, stirring to avoid burning. Add the carrots to the sauce, season with the salt and pepper, and toss to coat. Transfer the carrots to a roasting dish and cook for 20 minutes or until the carrots are tender. Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
