With everything but the chips, this nacho topping is a fantastic way to keep the mess confined while still enjoying a tall pile of delicious nachos. Just layer the ingredients in your slow cooker, and like magic, these are ready to go!

Pour the refried beans in the slow cooker in an even layer, then add the beef, taco seasoning, salsa, cream cheese, and shredded cheese in layers. Cover and cook on low for 2–2½ hours.
Serve scooped on top of a pile of chips and top with your choice of toppings.
