Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Nachos

Place the onion in the 6-quart slow cooker and set the roast on top. Add the broth, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
Using two forks, carefully shred the beef in the liquid.
Preheat the oven to broil on HIGH. On a tray, spread a layer of chips, and top with cheese and shredded beef. Place the tray in the oven and broil for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. Top with your chosen toppings and serve!
