Ingredients

 8 oz semisweet chocolate
 1 cup heavy cream
  cup light corn syrup
 1 tsp vanilla extract
  tsp salt

Directions

Lightly grease a 4-quart slow cooker and add the chocolate chips, cream, corn syrup, and vanilla, stirring until mixed, cover, and cook on low for 45 minutes. Remove the lid, add the salt, and stir until combined. Serve over ice cream.
