No one is going to be disappointed!
Ingredients
Directions
In a medium bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk and the eggs until combined. Then stir in the milk until smooth.
Lightly grease four 10-ounce ramekins and add 2 tablespoons of caramel to the bottom of each one. Evenly pour the milk mixture into each ramekin. Place them into the slow cooker, cover, and cook on high for 2-2½ hours.
Carefully remove the ramekins from the slow cooker and cool for 30 minutes before moving to the refrigerator and chilling for at least 2 hours. Once chilled, take a knife and gently swirl it around each ramekin’s edge, then flip them over onto plates and serve.
