Slow Cooker Caramelized Onion Cheese Dip

Slow Cooker Caramelized Onion Cheese Dip
I have a deep love for caramelized onions and I spend way too much time coming up with more reasons to make them. Inspired by my affinity for them, this creamy dip is bursting with rich and savory flavors. It’s a great way to use up extra onions in your pantry or to make a great appetizer for game day!

Directions
Lightly grease or line the slow cooker with a liner. Add the onions, butter, salt, and pepper, stirring until fully coated. Cover and cook on low for 12 hours, until the onions are tender and brown.
Stir in the cream cheese and soy sauce, cover, and cook on low for 30 minutes. Stir in the mayonnaise and top with parsley and thyme. Serve with crackers or toasts.
