Pasta Italiano
Add a little Italian flavor to your life with Pasta Italiano. This easy spaghetti dish comes together quickly with seared cherry tomatoes in an olive oil sauce infused with garlic, red pepper flakes, and dried oregano. It’s topped off with grated Parmesan cheese for a bit of extra deliciousness. Buon appetito!

In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package directions, reserving 1 cup pasta water before draining.
Meanwhile, in a large pan over medium-high heat, warm 1 tablespoon of the oil. Add the tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the skins have lightly browned. Transfer the tomatoes to a bowl, set aside, and wipe the pan clean.
In the same pan, add the remaining oil, garlic, and pepper flakes. Once the garlic has begun to brown. add the noodles, tomatoes, oregano, ¾ of the parmesan cheese, and a slash of the pasta water, adding more untiL saucy. Stirring to combine.
Divide and serve topped with remaining parmesan.
