Ingredients

 ½ cup cream cheese
 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
 1 tsp paprika
 6 large jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed
 2 tbsp bacon bits
 1 sheet puff pastry, cut into 12 strips, 1/2-inch in width

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, paprika, and bacon until fully combined. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture and wrap with a strip of the puff pastry. Bake for 20 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and puffed slightly.
