Preheat oven to 350°F. Thaw the puff pastry, using a floured rolling pin, rolling out until it’s large enough to cover the brie. Place the Brie in the middle and using a knife, cut lines around the brie in strips. Wrap the strips over the brie and place it in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Brush the wrapped brie with the egg and cook for 30 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown and slightly puffed. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving on crackers.
