Lemon Chicken Pita Wraps with Tzatziki

Ingredients

Tzatziki
 1 (10-ounce) package plain Greek yogurt
 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely diced
 2 tsp lemon juice
 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
 1 garlic clove, minced
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
Chicken
 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
 2 tsp dried oregano
 2 tsp lemon zest
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 4 tsp canola oil
 3 large tomatoes, sliced
 4 pita flatbreads

Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined. Set aside.

In a large bowl, toss together the cubed chicken, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

In a large pan over medium-high heat, warm the oil. Add the chicken in a single layer, cooking for about 3-4 minutes per side, until the chicken is fully cooked. Serve the chicken in warm pitas with sliced tomatoes and tzatziki sauce.
