Preheat oven 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate or ovenproof pan. Place cherries in the pan.
In a small bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and sugar is fully dissolved. Slowly whisk in flour and pour mixture over cherries. Bake 30-40 minutes until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar, slice and serve.
