Preheat the air fryer to 400° F. Drizzle the bananas with lemon juice and top with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar per banana slice.
Lay parchment paper in the basket of the air fryer. Place the bananas, cut sides up, on a wire rack, and carefully place it into the basket. Cook until the sugar has melted and browned, about 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir the mascarpone until softened, then add in the maple syrup and cinnamon, stirring until thoroughly combined. Serve with caramelized bananas.
