Blackberry Clafoutis

Ingredients

 12 oz blackberries
 3 large eggs, room temperature
 1 cup whole milk, room temperature
 ½ cup sugar
 ½ tsp vanilla
 1 tsp vanilla
 ½ cup all-purpose flour
 Powdered sugar, for garnish

Directions

Preheat oven 375 degrees. Grease a 10-inch pie plate or ovenproof pan. Place blackberries in pan.

In a small bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth and sugar is dissolved. Whisk in flour and pour mixture over blackberries. Bake 30-40 minutes until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar, slice and serve.
