Who doesn’t love an easy air fryer dessert? Even better, it makes just enough to serve two! This Air Fryer Raspberry Clafoutis for Two is a classic French-style custard that only needs a few ingredients that you probably have on hand and is the perfect easy dessert to bake up for any occasion!

Preheat the air fryer to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C.) Lightly grease a 6-inch baking dish and add the raspberries. In a small bowl, whisk the egg, milk, sugar, vanilla, and almond extract until smooth, and the sugar has fully dissolved. Slowly whisk in the flour and pour the mixture over the raspberries. Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and slightly puffed. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar, slice, and serve.
