Mediterranean Beef Pitas with Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients

 8 oz (227 g) beef roast, cut into bite-sized pieces
 ¼ tsp nutmeg
 ¼ tsp allspice
 ¼ tsp paprika
 1 tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 1 small zucchini, sliced into half-moons
 1 small red pepper, thinly sliced
 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
 ¼ cup (59 ml) hummus
 1 pocket pita

Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

In a large bowl, add the beef, nutmeg, allspice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; tossing to coat. Spray the air fryer with oil, add the beef, zucchini, peppers, and onions, spray with oil, and cook for 10-14 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Slice the pita in half, open the pockets and fill each with 2 tablespoons of hummus and half of the beef and vegetables.
