Street Style Chicken Tacos

Roasted chicken thighs are shredded and used for the filling in these classic chicken tacos. Serve them up with your favorite toppings and enjoy your taco Tuesday, or Wednesday, or any day!

Ingredients

 1 clove garlic, minced
 1 tsp chili powder
 ½ tsp paprika
 ½ tsp dried oregano
 ½ tsp ground cumin
 ¼ tsp pepper
 ¼ tsp salt
 1 tsp canola oil
 8 oz (227 g) boneless skinless chicken thighs
 Oil spray
 6 (6-inch) tortillas
Toppings
 Salsa
 Avocado
 Jalapeño
 Pickled Onions
 Sour cream
 Cilantro

Directions

Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a resealable bag, combine the garlic, chili powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, pepper, and salt. Add the chicken and shake to coat. Spray the air fryer with oil, add the chicken, spray with oil, and cook for 12-16 minutes, flipping halfway through. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before shredding.

Serve the chicken on a tortilla, topped with salsa, avocado, jalapeño, pickled onions, sour cream, and cilantro.
