Yields2 Servings

Cook Time45 mins

Ingredients

 2 cups milk
 3 eggs, beaten
 ¾ cup sugar
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 6 slices day-old brioche bread
SAUCE
 ½ cup brown sugar
 ½ cup butter

Directions

1

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (170 degrees C). Spray a 6-inch baking dish with oil.

2

In a medium bowl, stir together the milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until fully combined.

3

Add the bread to the baking dish. Pour the milk mixture over the top, then gently press to ensure that the bread is soaked. Set aside for 10 minutes.

4

Cover the baking dish with foil and place it in the air fryer, cooking for 28-32 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for 8-12 more minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

5

Meanwhile, in a small pan over medium heat, combine the butter and brown sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to low, stirring occasionally for 3-5 minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved.

6

Serve the bread pudding with the praline sauce and enjoy!
