Garlic Parmesan Crusted Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the salmon dry, brush with olive oil on all sides, and season with salt and pepper. Place salmon skin side down on parchment, spread garlic on top, sprinkle on parmesan and chopped parsley. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes and serve!
