Are you looking for a quick and easy dinner that isn’t lacking flavor? This might just satisfy your desires… It can make for a nice romantic dinner or just a quick fix for the days when you don’t have much time to cook.

This recipe only takes about 15-20 minutes to make and serves two people. The zesty flavor may make you fall in love all over again, with your significant other or with food!

There are only a few ingredients: Farfalle noodles, diced tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and capers. Capers can be an acquired taste, but it doesn’t take many to give this dish a zesty flavor. These little unripened flower buds (from the Cappan’s Spinosa plant) are quite flavorful. They have a sharp taste with powerful aroma. Keep in mind, jarred capers tend to be a little saltier. If you’re not keen on a salty flavor you may want to rinse the capers before adding them to the recipe.

To make this dish you’ll need two pans; one for the noodles and one for the sauce. Make the noodles as instructed by the packaging. Use a medium sized pan for the sauce. Add the tomatoes, garlic, capers, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring your sauce to a simmer and then let it cook for 10 minutes. The sauce will thicken slightly. Once the pasta is finished you can add it to the sauce. Make sure it is mixed well and the pasta is thoroughly covered.

Serve your delicious dish to friends, family or a significant other. Enjoy this simple dinner made with love.
