 It is super easy. There are only four steps to take, in order to reach “pancake heaven.” These eight ingredients are staples in many homes. They include milk, white vinegar, egg, powdered sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, and vanilla extract.

The pancakes, in this recipe, only take 20 minutes from start to finish. That includes 10 minutes for preparation and 10 minutes for cooking. You’ll easily know when the pancakes are done. The author of the recipe dictates they are “ready to flip when bubbles have formed holes and edges start to look solid.” This recipe will yield 6.   • 2 tablespoon powder sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  1. In a frying pan over medium-low heat, lightly grease the pan. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine milk and vinegar, let sit 5 minutes. Mix in remaining ingredients thoroughly.  Pour ⅓  cup of pancake batter onto pan. When ready to flip, pancakes will have small holes form on top and the edges start to look firm about 2 minutes. Flip and cook about 1 additional minute.
