Air frying is catching on and it’s not really a surprise. Air fryers allow you to cook fried foods with less cleanup, less calories and a quick speed. All around it seems like a win-win. However, keep in mind, while air fryers are a healthier option compared to deep fryers, they aren’t necessarily “healthy.” They reduce the “calorie intake by 70 to 80 percent,” unfortunately that doesn’t necessarily mean you can dine on fried foods for every meal.
